Alpo Rusi
Alpo Rusi will move from the Office of
the President of the Republic to Brussels
where he will take up the post of Deputy Special
Coordinator of the Stability Pact for Southeastern
Europe as of October 1, 1999. Rusi has been working
as a presidential adviser since March 1, 1994.
