President Niinistö held discussions with the Parliamentary Intelligence Oversight Committee on Friday, 9 December 2022. The President and the Committee discussed Finland’s future NATO membership and the status of the ratifications as well as other foreign and security policy issues of current interest.
President Niinistö meets regularly with Parliamentary Committees to discuss current issues with them.
