President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö met with Minister for Defence of Sweden Pål Jonson at Mäntyniemi on Tuesday, 8 November.
At the meeting, the President and the Minister for Defence discussed Finland’s and Sweden’s future NATO membership, the countries’ close bilateral defence cooperation, and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
