President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö met with new ambassadors accredited to Finland at Mäntyniemi on Thursday, 10 September 2020. The President held bilateral discussions with Ambassador of Iceland Auðunn Atlason, Ambassador of Italy Sergio Pagano, Ambassador of Germany Konrad Arz von Straussenburg, Ambassador of India Raveesh Kumar, Ambassador of Ireland Ruth Parkin and Ambassador of Israel Hagit Ben-Yaakov.
Due to the coronavirus situation, the credentials of the ambassadors had been received by written procedure earlier in the summer.
