President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö met with Secretary General of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Helga Schmid on Friday, 27 August 2021 at Mäntyniemi.
The President and the Secretary General discussed the importance of the OSCE’s principles and the reform of the organisation. The spirit of Helsinki and 2025, which marks the 50th anniversary of the CSCE Helsinki Summit, were also prominent in the discussions.
