President Niinistö’s travel schedule for the coming weeks is reviewed in light of the coronavirus situation. In view of the current situation, the Presidents of Germany, Finland, Slovenia and Estonia have decided to postpone their scheduled meeting in Berlin on 13-14 March.
Coronavirus situation is constantly being monitored, and every visit is considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the hosts of the visit. Some meetings are replaced with teleconferences and travels abroad rescheduled. Any forthcoming foreign trips and visits will be separately publicised.
