President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday 15 July. The discussion was conducted on Finland’s initiative.
The two presidents discussed topical bilateral and international issues such as the OSCE, the agreement on Iran’s nuclear programme and Ukraine.
