President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö will make a working visit to the United Arab Emirates on 11–13 April 2015. He will meet political leaders from the country including the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; the Prime Minister and Vice-President, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum and Minister of Education Hussain I. Al Hammadi.
Discussions during the visit will cover the regional situation in the Middle East and international issues as well as bilateral relations between Finland and the United Arab Emirates, including attracting investments to Finland. An accompanying delegation of business leaders will participate in the visit.
