President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö will make a working visit to France and meet President of France Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Tuesday, 7 September 2021.
At the meeting, which will be held at the French President’s official residence, the Presidents will discuss, among other things, bilateral relations, European security and defence policy, great power relations and the spirit of Helsinki, and climate change.
During the visit, President Niinistö will also meet President of the Constitutional Council of France Laurent Fabius as well as French researchers and experts in international politics.
