President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö will promote the graduating cadets to the rank of lieutenant at the Presidential Palace on Friday, 26 August 2022.
At the ceremony, President Niinistö will give a speech to the graduating cadets and appoint them to officer positions in the Finnish Defence Forces and the Finnish Border Guard.
