President Halonen to attend the 50th anniversary of the Hungarian Uprising

President of the Republic of Finland Tarja Halonen, will be representing Finland at the events commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Hungarian Uprising to be held in Budapest on October 22-23. Among the items on the programme will be a gala and dinner on Sunday October 22, the laying of wreaths at memorials and a reception at the Hungarian Parliament on Monday October 23.
