Jukka Lindstedt appointed Adviser to the President of the Republic

Dr Jukka Lindstedt has been appointed to the post of Adviser and Member of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic as of 1 January 2010.

Dr Lindstedt is moving to the Office of the President of the Republic from the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman where he has held the positions of Deputy Parliamentary Ombudsman and Secretary General since 2005. Before that he worked at the National Archives as a research director, at the Ministry of Justice as a legislative counsellor and at the National Research Institute of Legal Policy as a researcher.
