President Halonen visited Estonia

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen and Doctor Pentti Arajärvi made an official visit to Estonia on 9-10 September 2003. On the first day of the visit President Halonen had discussions with President Arnold Rüütel in addition to meeting Prime Minister Juhan Parts and Speaker of Parliament Ene Ergma.

The second day was spent in Tartu, where President Halonen made a speech at the University.
