Your Majesty, It is with profound sadness that we in Finland have received the news of the fatal bomb explosions in London, in which precious human lives were lost and many seriously injured. On behalf of the people of Finland and on my own behalf, I express my most sincere condolences to Your Majesty, to the Royal Family and to the families of the victims and to all those who are touched by this tragedy.
