President of Bulgaria to make official visit to Finland

President Georgi Parvanov of Bulgaria will arrive in Finland for an official visit on 8-9 November 2004 together with his wife.

President Parvanov will hold official talks with President of the Republic Tarja Halonen at the Presidential Palace. He will also meet Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen at his official residence, pay a visit to Parliament and address the Paasikivi Society.
