President Halonen to Oslo commemoration

President of the Republic of Finland Tarja Halonen will travel to Oslo, Norway on Sunday 21st August 2011 to be present at the national ceremony in commemoration of the victims of massacre in Oslo and Utoya Island on 22 July 2011.
