President Halonen to attend EAPC summit

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen will travel to Istanbul to attend the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC) summit on 28-29 June 2004. She will head the Finnish delegation at the summit, which will also include Minister for Foreign Affairs Erkki Tuomioja and Minister of Defence Seppo Kääriäinen.
