President Halonen in European Council’s meeting

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen took part in the meeting of the European Council in Brussels on 16-17 June 2005. In the meeting there were discussions about issues concerning EU’s Constitutional Treaty, its future and EU’s financial perspectives.
