Statement concerning the state of health of the President of the Republic:

At Tarja Halonen’s own request, I announce that on 25 February 2000 she underwent a medical examination at the Occupational Health Station of Parliament. I found her state of health to be normal.

This I affirm on my honour and conscience to be true.
