President Halonen to attend the World Congress of Finno-Ugric Peoples

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen will travel to Tallinn on 16 August 2004 to attend the IV World Congress of Finno-Ugric Peoples. President Halonen will also meet President Arnold Rüütel of Estonia and President Ferenc Mádl of Hungary during the congress.
