President of the Republic Tarja Halonen promoted graduating cadets

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen promoted graduating cadets to the rank of Lieutenant at a ceremony at the Presidential Palace on Thursday 25 August 2011. President of the Republic made a speech to the cadets and appointed them to positions in the Defence Forces and Frontier Guard.
