Ceremony to commemorate the end of the Winter War

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen will take part in a
ceremony arranged by the Helsinki Garrison in the Senate Square this
evening, 13.2.2000, to commemorate the end of the Winter War. The ceremony begins at 19.00.
