President Vaira Vike-Freiberga of Latvia visits Finland

President Vaira Vike-Freiberga of Latvia will visit Finland on November 29-30, 2000.

President Vike-Freiberga will have private talks with President of the Republic Tarja Halonen on Thursday, November 30. She will also meet Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen and Speaker of Parliament Riitta Uosukainen.
