Päivi Kairamo-Hella appointed Adviser to President

Päivi Kairamo-Hella, 40, has been appointed Adviser to the President of the Republic of Finland. Mrs. Kairamo-Hella has a law degree and she works currently at the European Commission. She will take up her new post on 1 March 2005.
