Anne Puonti appointed Major-Domo

Dr Anne Puonti has been appointed Major-Domo of the Office of the President of the Republic beginning on 1 May 2006. The Major-Domo is the head of administration. Dr Puonti is currently the head of administration at the National Bureau of Investigation.

The present Major-Domo, Erkki Ahokas, has worked at the Office of the President of the Republic since 1990 and is now retiring.
