President Halonen on working visit to Austria

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen and her husband are making a working visit to Austria on 7-8 February 2002 at the invitation of Federal President Thomas Klestil. President Halonen will have official discussions with her Austrian counterpart immediately after her arrival. She will also meet Federal Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel and the Speaker of the Austrian Parliament, Heinz Fischer. The programme also includes a visit to the Opera Ball.
