President of the Republic promotes graduating cadets

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen will promote graduating cadets to the rank of Lieutenant at a ceremony at the Presidential Palace on Friday 3 June 2005. She will make a speech to the cadets and appoint them to positions in the Defence Forces and Frontier Guard.
