President of Estonia to make state visit to Finland

President Arnold Rüütel of Estonia and Mrs. Ingrid Rüütel will make a state visit to Finland at the invitation of President of the Republic Tarja Halonen on 20-21 November 2001. It will be President Rüütel's first state visit since taking office.
