President Halonen promoted graduating cadets

Graduating cadets at the Presidential Palace.

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen promoted graduating cadets to the rank of Lieutenant at a ceremony at the Presidential Palace on Friday 3 June 2005. She made a speech to the cadets and appointed them to positions in the Defence Forces and Frontier Guard.
