Message of condolences by the President of the Republic Tarja Halonen to President George W. Bush of the United States

On behalf of the people of Finland, President Tarja Halonen has sent on 31 August a message of condolences to President George W. Bush due to the loss of human lives and the serious damages caused by the Hurricane Katrina.
