President of the Republic in Åland, July 24, 2000

President of the Republic Tarja Halonen will visit the Åland Islands on Monday, July 24, 2000. Her programme will include talks with representatives of the Province of Åland at Gustav Eriksson's villa in Mariehamn.

The President will also follow the Tall Ships' Race parade aboard the schooner Linden in Mariehamn.
