Changes will be made to the Aides-de-Camp of the President of the Republic from 1 June 2018. The current Second Aide-de-Camp, Lieutenant Colonel Pasi Seppälä, has been appointed as the new First Aide-de-Camp.
The current First Aide-de-Camp of the President of the Republic, Lieutenant Colonel Petri Toivonen, has been appointed for a special assignment at the Guard Jaeger Regiment as of 1 June 2018 and Commander of the Uusimaa Jaeger Battalion in the Guard Jaeger Regiment as of 1 July 2018. Toivonen has served as an Aide-de-Camp to the President of the Republic since 2012.
The current Third Aide-de-Camp, Lieutenant Commander Jan Brunberg, has been appointed as the new Second Aide-de-Camp. The new Third Aide-de-Camp will be Major Tino Savolainen of the Utti Jaeger Regiment.
