President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö held discussions with the Parliamentary Defence Committee on Friday 27 October 2023 at Mäntyniemi. The meeting focused on topical foreign and security policy issues.
President Niinistö meets regularly with Parliamentary Committees to discuss current issues with them. The President last met with the Defence Committee together with Foreign Affairs Committee on 21 June 2023.
