President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö will promote graduating cadets to the rank of Lieutenant at a ceremony at the Presidential Palace on Friday 31 August 2018.
President Niinistö will give a speech to the cadets and appoint them to officer positions in the Defence Forces and Border Guard.
