President and Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discuss Finland’s position and influence in changing world order

On Saturday 17 January, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy met for an informal working session to discuss key foreign and security policy issues, global and European development trends, and their significance for Finland both now and in the longer term.

Topics of discussion included the transformation of the post-Cold War world order and the multilateral system, the state of great power politics, and Finland’s position and influencing channels in a rapidly changing world.
