On Friday 5 July, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy assessed the status of preparations for the NATO Summit following ministerial meetings and discussed Finland’s continuing support for Ukraine, which is defending itself against Russia’s illegal war of aggression.
The meeting also finalised the Report on International Economic Relations and Development Cooperation, which complements the Report on Foreign and Security Policy with more detailed trade and development policy measures.
