President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, will pay a working visit to Finland on 22–23 May 2025. The visit will be hosted by President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb.
The working visit will begin on Thursday 22 May at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki. President Stubb and President Christodoulides will discuss bilateral relations between Finland and Cyprus, the overall security in Europe, Russia’s illegal war of aggression in Ukraine, and the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. Following their discussions, the Presidents will hold a joint press conference.
During his visit, President Christodoulides will also meet with Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Jussi Halla-aho and Finland’s Prime Minister Petteri Orpo.
