President of the Republic of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, paid a working visit to Finland on 29–30 July 2025. The visit was hosted by President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb.
President Stubb and President Peña met on Wednesday 30 July at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki. In addition to bilateral relations between Finland and Paraguay, the topics of discussion included current security policy issues in Europe and Latin America, global challenges and support for the multilateral system.
During his stay in Finland, President Peña attended several business meetings.
The delegation of the President of Paraguay included Foreign Minister Rubén Ramírez Lezcano, who met with Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen.
