President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb received President of Estonia Alar Karis on Thursday 27 February 2025 at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.
The Presidents discussed security in Europe and the Baltic Sea region, critical infrastructure, Ukraine and cooperation between Finland and Estonia, for example in the field of energy production.
During his visit, President Karis also met Prime Minister Petteri Orpo and visited companies in the defence sector and a final disposal facility for nuclear waste.
