President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb received the Defence Committee of the Finnish Parliament on Friday 22 August 2025 at his summer residence Kultaranra in Naantali.
The meetings focused on efforts to end Russia’s illegal war of aggression and on the recent meeting on peace in Ukraine hosted by the President of the United States Donald Trump in Washington, D.C.
President Stubb last met the Defence Committee in June.
