President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb received the Defence Committee of the Finnish Parliament on Thursday 19 February 2026 at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.
At the meeting, the President and the committee members discussed Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine as well as the current foreign and security policy situation. In addition, the President informed the Committee about his meetings and discussions at the World Economic Forum in Davos (WEF) and at the Munich Security Conference (MSC).
President Stubb last met the Defence Committee in December.
